Sure, there will be variations along the way. But generally speaking, the "Brandon method" to home buying goes like this.

1. Review your credit and finances

2. Learn about mortgages

3. Visit HomeBuyingInstitute.com

4. Make a wish list

5. Find a good agent

6. Get pre-approved for a loan

7. Get a home inspection
