Submit a Home Buying Article

Are you knowledgeable in some field related to home buying? Do you like to write about real estate, credit or mortgage topics? If so, you can great exposure by submitting an article to the Home Buying Institute. To increase your chances of publication, please read the following guidelines:

1. Your article should pertain to the home buying process in some way. This includes topics related to credit scores, mortgage loans, house hunting, etc. See the main menu above for an idea of what we publish.

2. We only publish original articles that are not published elsewhere online (at the time of submission). You can certainly publish the article anywhere you wish after submitting it to us. But at the time of submission, it should be an original, unpublished work.

3. Your article must be your own work. It must not be copyrighted by any other person or entity.

4. Your article should be helpful in nature. It should help consumers understand some aspect of the home buying process. Blatantly promotional articles will not be published. Likewise, it should appeal to readers across the United States (not just a particular city or state).

5. Home Buying Institute does not compensate authors. However, you will get some great exposure on one of the largest real estate websites online today! We will include a brief author's note with your name, along with a link to your website. See website linking policy below.
